Overview
Tyama was an interactive museum experience that brought Victoria's nighttime wildlife to life through massive 360-degree projections across six rooms in a 1000-square-meter touring hall.
As Technical Art Director, I developed the visual pipeline and procedural tools that became the aesthetic foundation for the project, balancing scientific accuracy with an expressive, painterly style.

CONCLUSION
Tyama was a 'dream come true' type of project personally and was a huge step forward for me as a creative leader. Managing diverse teams while delivering something that got international recognition and exceeded all our targets taught me how to balance artistic vision with real-world constraints and stakeholder needs. Seeing some pretty wild ideas and technical experimentation pay off showed me I could take creative risks if it feels right and you're lucky enough to work with a trusting team.
