Overview
An innovative mixed reality experience for a major vehicle reveal at the 2019 Detroit Auto Show using the world's largest Optitrack stage, a 100m physical track, and SUVs equipped with VR headsets.
It was the first time anyone had synced real driving with virtual environments at this scale, creating a completely new type of experiential marketing that let people explore American landscapes while actually being driven around a track.

conclusion
This project was a huge step up for me as an Art Director. Leading 8 artists through five different environments in just 10 weeks while building production pipelines for the entire project was intense, but taught me how to balance creative work with team management. Solving the challenge of making a 100m track feel like an epic journey through America really pushed my problem-solving skills and honestly made me a much better leader.
